Yearly subscriptions
Pocket Theory Plus and Teacher+ are billed yearly. The plan, renewal interval, and total price are shown before you confirm a purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial-year payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Canceling renewal
You can cancel a subscription’s next renewal through the subscription management option in your account. When cancellation is confirmed, the plan will not renew, and paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not create a refund for the remaining time in that period.
Joining a classroom with Pocket Theory Plus
If you join a classroom while you have an active, individually paid Pocket Theory Plus subscription, Pocket Theory will schedule that subscription to stop renewing at the end of its current paid period. Your paid Plus access remains until that date. Joining a class does not issue a refund for the current period.
Free student access and trials
Independent learner trials are free, do not require a payment card, and do not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Students joining through a classroom code receive access through their teacher’s class; a teacher may remove a student from the class.
